Having seen evidence of weird electromagnetic phenomenon happening overhead in the atmosphere, I was inclined to believe Thomas Bearden when he described "scalar" weather wars technology.  But I no longer believe Tom Bearden (or those in association with him such as Steven Greer, promoter of the phony UFO Disclosure Project).  Bearden's claims are ridiculous, especially when reexamined in 2007, after the passage of several years since his writings of 2004.

So, what about Scott Stevens?  Scott Stevens promotes a scalar interpretation of our electromagnetic atmosphere at Weatherwars.   He appears to be sincere and he's got really great photos of anomalous sky phenomenon.  However, I've come to the conclusion that Scott and others have been misled by Bearden's disinformation and are therefore acting as either witting or unwitting shills in this con game if they advocate the notion of "scalar" technology.

I certainly don't know all the types of electromagnetic technology being deployed in our atmosphere for weather control or weaponry.  I only know they don't include the "scalar" technology that Bearden promotes.  Here's why:

Bearden has claimed that the new scalar superweapons were developed, produced, manned, and operated by the KGB itself, and that the Yakuza (Japanese mafia) has acquired these soviet superweapons.

• The Yakuza is the name given to organized criminal gangs from Japan. The Yakuza is not a single organization but rather a collection of separate gangs.
•  Boris Yeltsin signed the decree that disbanded the KGB in1995, which was then substituted by the FSB.
•  Bearden made the claim several years ago that they were going to use these scalar weapons to destroy the US economy in a matter of months.  It never happened.   (Scalar Electromagnetic Weapons and their Terrorist Use:  Immediate Strategic Aspects of the Asymmetric War on the U.S. )

•  The Bush family has done million dollar deals with the Yakuza.  These crooks are in cahoots.  And the Yakuza are probably much less of a threat to the U.S. and the rest of the world than is the Bush family.  (Bush Yakuza Connection.)

•  A Bariumblues correspondent from Japan insists that the Yakuza are basically thugs who wouldn't have the kind of sophistication that Bearden credits them with.
• The KGB (or the FSB) are highly unlikely to be deploying "scalar" technology.  Demonizing others--especially the Soviets, (or Russians, as the case may be)-- is a familiar disinformation strategy.  Rumsfeld and Cheney have been using it for decades:

•  We should all know by now that the US military has a habit of accusing others of what it is doing.

• Thomas Bearden and Steven M. Greer have shared a beach house with two international oil companies:

"Scalar" technology information is disinformation.  To what end? 

1. To deflect attention from the fact that it is the USA's own military technology being deployed in the sky over our homes.

2. To make the U.S. chemtrails aerosol operations look like a necessary response to scalar weather wars being waged by others.
